30-Day Return Policy
Products purchased from ALL GEARED UP! are brand new, with most covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the item has not been used or installed, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
Please note:

Used, open/damaged box, or clearance items cannot be returned. These products will have a non-returnable note in the description.
How to Initiate a Return
If you have an account:

Log in → My Account → Orders → Return Item(s)

Complete the Return Item(s) Form to start the process
If you don’t have an account:

Contact us via email using the address associated with your order. Include:

Full name

Order number
-
Item you wish to return

Order date and shipping address (if requested)

Return Instructions:

Once approved, write your order number on the outside of your return package or include your invoice inside.

Return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Return Guidelines

Returns without an invoice/order number will not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using trackable shipping services and insurance for returns. ALL GEARED UP! is not liable for lost or damaged items during return.

Allow 2–3 business days for processing once your return is received.

Non-defective items must be in new condition and resalable.
Ineligible Returns

Ammunition & Firearms: Cannot be returned due to safety/legal reasons. Defects should be addressed with the manufacturer.

Ear Plugs & Clothing: Returns not accepted if seal or tag is broken for hygiene purposes.

Used or Missing Parts: Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. Used or incomplete returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Damaged Products: Returns only accepted for defective items; cosmetic or non-defective damage is not eligible.
Items are considered used if:

They show cosmetic wear (scratches, dents)

They’ve been installed/mounted
-
They’ve been altered in any way
Items are considered defective if:

They are unsafe or unfit for normal use.

Products that don’t perfectly match others but are not flawed are not considered defective.
Additional Considerations

Improper installation damage is not covered. Use a certified gunsmith for firearm parts.

Products outside the 30-day window may still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Inspect shipments immediately and report damage/discrepancies within 3 days.

All returns are subject to evaluation by ALL GEARED UP!.
Order Cancellation Fees
-
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. Contact us immediately.

Firearms & Ammunition: 10–20% cancellation fee may apply. Some special orders may not be cancelable.

Sezzle Payments: Automatic 10% return fee unless the return is due to our error.

Credova Payments: Automatic 10% return fee deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fees

10–20% restocking fee for non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind, opened items) to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

No restocking fees for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Important Notes

Refunds will not be issued for failed background checks or denials from the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).
Sometimes items are special orders that will be sent from a distributor warehouse to our home-based operations before final shipping arrangements. If these items were already ordered for processing then it's likely it can't be canceled. Please reach out to us for any questions.
