Description

 

The Magpul CTR (Compact/Type Restricted) Carbine Stock – Mil-Spec is a lightweight, drop-in replacement buttstock designed for AR-15 / M16 carbines using mil-spec sized receiver extension tubes.

 

This Flat Dark Earth (FDE) model blends rugged functionality with a desert-ready tactical finish. Featuring a friction lock system that eliminates stock wobble, the CTR ensures consistent cheek weld and improved accuracy. The A-frame design prevents snagging, while the shielded release latch reduces the chance of accidental adjustment under stress.

 

A removable 0.30″ rubber butt-pad provides excellent shoulder grip even with body armor or tactical gear, and the ambidextrous QD sling mount supports multiple sling setups for left or right-handed shooters.
