We accept all firearm transfers including some NFA items. Please contact us via email for our FFL information and with any other questions. 


Firearm transfers are by appointment only.  If you have received tracking information from the seller or the company that you've purchased the firearm from, please be patient. Tracking info does not mean you can show up unannounced.  Sometimes firearm delivery windows are missed and take more time to receive.  Once the firearm is received, ALL GEARED UP! will contact you and schedule an appointment in a timely manner.  The 4473 form is done on site and at the time of transfer and we will NOT accept any pre filled forms.  Firearm will only be transferred to the person that is on the paperwork that comes with the firearm.

Items needed for firearm transfers are:

-Valid State Photo ID (driver license) or State ID card with current residence address

-Valid NC CHP

-Valid NC Handgun Purchase Permit

-Payment (cash, credit card, cash app, venmo) 

(Background checks will be needed on all transfers unless you are exempt)


Regular- $40.00 transfer fee plus $10 for each additional same day item transfers

Military -$30.00 total up to 3 same day items then $10 for each additional items 

NICS- $10 (waived for any military or first responder)


***If you do not have current state identification.  These are other examples of accepted documents that can be used with the addition of a visa passport.  Current vehicle registration or NC voter ID card. All of these documents must be valid, non-expired documents.***

Transferring a Firearm from ALL GEARED UP! to Another FFL Dealer

$20 plus any shipping costs

To have a firearm transferred to another FFL dealer from ALL GEARED UP! please send an email to ALLGEAREDUPFFL@GMAIL.COM with your name and ‘FFL Transfer Out’ as the subject line.
In the body of the email please have:

Once we receive this information ALL GEARED UP! will reach out to your provided dealer to obtain a copy of their FFL. Upon receiving the company’s information, we will contact you to set up a time for you to come into our place  to drop off the firearm. You may bring in your own shipping materials but please do not bring the firearm already packaged. Please note that we will not ship any ammunition with transfers.


Person-to-Person Transfers


Person to person transfers are done by appointment only.  Please email ALLGEAREDUPFFL@GMAIL.COM to set up appointments. During a person to person transfer, both parties must be present during the whole transaction, and the purchaser must comply with all State and Federal regulations for purchasing through an FFL.
